source of phyto-oestrogens including diadzein, genistein and
glycitein. Phyto-oestrogens such as these are thought to support
healthy oestrogen levels in women.
- Indole-3-Carbinol is a
phytonutrient that has potent antioxidant properties. It is also
a precursor to Di-indolylmethane (DIM) which works
synergistically with soy isoflavones to help support healthy
oestrogen levels.
- Provides hydrochloric acid to
help support digestion and facilitate to body's conversion of
indole-3-carbinol to Di-indolylmethane (DIM)

Recommended Intake
